End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PrepForCerts LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the PrepForCerts mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, PrepForCerts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App
  • Share your account credentials with others

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of PrepForCerts LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All certification names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers the following subscription plans:

  • PrepForCerts Plus Monthly: $11.99 per month with auto-renewal
  • PrepForCerts Plus Annual: $19.99 per year with auto-renewal (86% savings)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID account. PrepForCerts does not directly collect or process payment information. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your iOS device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PrepForCerts. You can cancel anytime, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Apple's Terms

Your subscription is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service for in-app purchases and subscriptions. See Apple's Terms for details.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly identified as such prior to purchase. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PrepForCerts does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CERTIFICATION EXAM RESULTS. Our practice questions are designed to help you prepare, but actual exam content is determined solely by the certification vendor.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPFORCERTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Failure to pass certification exams
  • Interruption of service
  • Any damages resulting from third-party services

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services including:

  • Apple App Store and payment processing
  • AI services for question generation
  • Analytics and crash reporting services

PrepForCerts is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

  • You must cease all use of the App
  • You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
  • Any subscriptions should be canceled to prevent future charges

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new EULA within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
